Trade-IQ, LLC ("Trade-IQ," "we," "us," or "our") utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance and accelerate our customs compliance and trade consulting services. This document outlines the terms and conditions specific to our AI-powered features and services.

By using our AI-enhanced services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. AI Service Capabilities

Our AI technology provides the following capabilities:

4. Accuracy and Limitations

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

• All AI-generated results are reviewed and verified by qualified trade compliance professionals before delivery

• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting AI analysis results without authorization

• Using automated tools or bots to access AI services
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

All AI technology, algorithms, models, and processes used by Trade-IQ are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws:

• Trade-IQ retains all rights to its AI technology and methodologies
• Clients receive a limited license to use AI-generated results solely for their internal compliance purposes
• No rights are granted to access, use, or replicate the underlying AI technology
• Client data and inputs remain the property of the client

9. Service Level and Performance

Trade-IQ commits to the following service levels for AI-powered services:

• Availability: AI services available 24/7 with 99.5% uptime target
• Processing Time: AI analysis typically completed within 2-4 hours of submission
• Accuracy Rate: Maintaining 99.7% accuracy based on verified historical performance

10. Liability and Indemnification

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TRADE-IQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF AI SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS IN AI ANALYSIS, MISCLASSIFICATIONS, OR COMPLIANCE ISSUES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims related to AI services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trade-IQ harmless from any claims arising from your use of AI-generated analysis or your compliance decisions based on such analysis.

11. Changes to AI Terms

We may update these AI Terms and Conditions as our technology evolves or as required by law. We will notify active clients of material changes with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of AI services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These AI Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, consistent with our general Terms of Service.
